Ring and Ride for web

Melbourne Airport has delivered a new Wait Zone.

The new expanded wait zone, where private vehicles can park FREE for 20 minutes now open on the corner of Mercer and Melrose drives.
Private vehicles have access to more than 80 car parks, which includes bays for people with a disability, at the new site.

The Wait Zone provides a safe and accessible area for visitors to park until their passenger is ready for collection at one of two public pick-up areas – Terminal 4 or the main forecourt, which services terminals 3, 2 & 1.

A flight information display screen has been installed undercover near the pay station inside the new Wait Zone, showing flight arrivals in real time.
Free Wi-Fi is also available to keep track of arrivals from your smartphone or tablet while you wait. To access, join ‘Airport FREE Wifi’.

The first 20 minutes parking at the Wait Zone is free, but for just $4 visitors can stay for up to 60 minutes. After an hour, short term car park rates apply.

The former Ring & Ride Wait Zone located inside the outdoor long term car park is now closed.
