Day 1: Asakusa
Meeting point in Asakusa at 16:00
Evening stroll around Asakusa area including Sensoji temple and Nakamise
#first night activity (Sensoji temple) – night photography
Day 2: Tokyo
After breakfast we’ll be exploring the east side of Tokyo:Tokyo is a very modern city but behind the neon facade there is a traditional scene that is easy to find amongst the old alleyways, temples and shrines of Asakusa. Starting with Asakusa (daylight) and Kapabashi area, followed by Ueno park, Ameyoko market and Akihabara district where you can find lots of anime related items. Later on, we’ll visit the luxury Ginza district for some shopping and architecture photography
Day 3: Tokyo, Shibuya, Harajuku, Meij-jingu and Shinjuku
Today we’ll see the more crowded side of Tokyo, visiting Meiji shrine, Harajuku and Shibuya. Traveling on the metro system from Asakusa to Shibuya to see the famous Shibuya-crossing and take photos from a nearby observatory in the 7th flour. Later on, we’ll visit Harajuku and Meiji-jingu, a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji. After the shrine, a short train ride to get to Shinjuku, where you’ll get to explore the ‘Golden-Gai’ and its 250 tiny local pubs.

Day 4: Mt Fuji, Lake Ashi and Kanazawa
Tokyo to Fuji, Japan’s most iconic sight with magnificent views of both Fuji’s cone and the surrounding landscapes. We will take a cruise on the spectacular Lake Ashi, you may even catch a glimpse of the cone of Mt Fuji peering over the hills. After lunch we’ll visit chureito pagoda for some more epic views. A private bus will take us back to Tokyo station from where we’ll hop on the bullet train for a 2 hours ride to Kanazawa city After checking in, we’ll have a great dinner together in a local restaurant
Day 5: Kanazawa
Kanazawa, visit the Kenrokoen and Kanazawa castle. walk around the Higashi tea district and Omicho market.
Day 6: Kyoto and Gion
After breakfast we’ll take the train to Kyoto Kyoto was also the heart of religion, philosophy, art and cuisine, making it a city of history and culture, including the tea ceremony, Kabuki and Geisha. This afternoon we’ll tour around the eastern side of the city including Kiyomizu-dera and Heian shrine. Dinner in Gion area
Day 7: Nara
Day trip to Nara. We’ll be visiting Nara park where you can feed walkabout deer and take photos of the second largest Buddha in Japan. Later that day we stop at Fushimi inari shrine on our way back to Kyoto

Day 8: Osaka
Osaka, where you’ll explore the history of the magnificent Osaka Castle and later that day the Dontonburi district, Osaka’s vibrant foodie and entertainment district. Last night of the tour in Osaka
