AirHelp is an independent provider who will work on your behalf to identify instances where the airlines may owe you money for delayed, cancelled or overbooked flights originating or ending in Europe.

 

How does it work?
If you have experienced a delay greater than 3 hours in the European Union (EU) or while traveling from outside the EU to inside the EU with a European Union carrier, you could be eligible for compensation, a European law protecting passengers against lengthy delays and other travel disruptions. This could be an amount ranging between EUR 250 – EUR 600 per flight, depending on the total distance and other considerations. We are bringing AirHelp to you to assist you in retrieving this compensation. AirHelp will contact you directly if one of your flights is eligible.

Does it cost me anything?
No, eligibility verification is free of charge. If your claim is successful, AirHelp simply deducts their fee from your total compensation amount. They only get paid when you do!

What happens next?
Under current European law, you may be eligible for a 3-year backlog of flight interruptions, even if you didn’t personally purchase the air ticket. Once AirHelp identifies a claim, you will receive an email from the following address flight-compensation@fbitravel.com.au along with a short form you will need to fill out. AirHelp will then manage the entire process with the airline on your behalf in order to secure the compensation and then transfer it to you via a secured payment platform.
