A thank you from our management team, during these unprecedented times.

To our valued Clients & Trade Partners,

Firstly, we take this opportunity to thank you once again for giving us the privilege to work with you, over the years, and indeed in many cases decades.

We would like to also take this opportunity to publicly thank our staff and all our affiliates for their heroic efforts over the last two months. We are so proud of what they have achieved. In many cases they have been working long days as well as late nights, under immense stress trying to talk to clients through situations that were evolving at an unbelievable pace. This started close to two months ago as a process of liaising with many different suppliers in order to get the best results for their clients who had cancelled future trips, but quickly escalated in the last two weeks to a full scale evacuation of our clients (and others) who were stranded overseas, repatriating them through any means possible with their loved ones. The magnitude of what they have achieved at an individual level we will never know, but we shall always be grateful for vital service they provided to so many in their time of need.

Due to the current Victorian Government directive of a mandatory shutdown of all non-essential business we will be required to shut our offices until this directive is lifted.

OUR BUSINESS REMAINS OPEN AND WE WILL BE WORKING REMOTELY.

As we head into the next phase of this phenomenon, where the world of travel will quieten down, we have had to take measures in order to align ourselves with this new reality. Whilst we still have a job to do cancelling, refunding and advising clients about their future plans, we will be working remotely at a vastly reduced capacity in accordance with the changing market needs.

We will do our best to ensure communication with your own travel adviser remains smooth and intact but we ask for your understanding where this is not always possible as we will at times, be working on a skeleton staff.

Finally, our business is about one thing and one thing alone – Relationships! On one hand our relationships with you our clients and on the other hand our relationships with our trade partners is what has contributed to the success of FBI Travel. We have gone to great lengths to protect our amazing team so that they can all be here once again for you when the situation is over to once again help you create the dreams and experiences you have come to expect from us.
