The Global Services experience

The Terminal C United Global Services reception lobby offers personalized check-in and travel services to members of United’s invitation-only Global Services program and to customers traveling on long-haul international flights in United Global First. Adjacent to the C-2 security checkpoint, customers access the lobby via the Premier Access entry located at Door 4 of the Terminal C mid-level departures area.

All United Club locations offer a wide range of amenities to make your travel experience productive and enjoyable. Amenities include complimentary access to beverages, light hot and cold snacks, high-speed wireless Internet access and agent assistance with any travel needs.

 

Complimentary Mercedes-Benz flight-connection service

Global Services travelers at Newark have access to United’s Mercedes-Benz tarmac transportation service. When feasible, representatives meet Global Services and GlobalFirst customers with applicable itineraries who may have tight connections and will drive them between tarmacs to their connecting flights.
